Partners in this joint venture include China National Group Corporation of Traditional & Herbal Medicine, China National Pharmaceutical Foreign Trade Corporation, Qingdao Growful Group Medicine Materials Limited, and Kanebo, Ltd. of Japan(Kracie Pharmaceutical, Ltd.), comprising total investments worth 2.5 billion yen.
